Head of Client Services- Ticketing

Handle Recruitment is working with a Theatre Organisation to find a Key Account Manager to join their growing team in London. This is a proactive and commercial role, responsible for the day to day management of B2B customers, maximising the commercial opportunity by driving increased ticket sales. As the business grows, the Head of Client Services will take full responsibility for the Account Management team.

Reporting to the MD, key responsibilities will include the following:

  • Building relationships with customers to fully understand their business and how they operate so the best support can be offered.
  • Ensuring the needs of customers are constantly met and exceeded in order to achieve operational excellence.
  • Identifying and taking the lead on troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • Providing support for and driving marketing and promotional initiatives.
  • Making business recommendations and driving constant improvements to the ticketing sales function based on data analysis.
  • Analysing daily sales to set pricing strategies and maximise revenues.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement by gathering key sources of intelligence for product development to ensure that the organisation stays ahead in the market.
  • Being responsible for the recruitment and management of a high performing account management team as the business grows.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in an e-commerce online account management role, preferably in a venue or ticketing context.
  • A proven track record of success managing an account management team.
  • Experience in marketing (online and offline).
  • Familiarity of working in a cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • A strong working knowledge of web tracking tools e.g. Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrable analytical skills, with the ability to pull insight from large amounts of data, and be able to focus on incremental improvements.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint skills is essential
