Are you a passionate L&D Consultant with a track record in designing and delivering effective pathway programmes?
I am currently working with a leading multinational entertainment company who are responsible for hosting sports and music events. At the moment, they require an expert interim Learning and Development Consultant to support roll out new training projects which they have planned for their Headquarter employees.
The projects you will be required to design and deliver are all focused on employability, key projects will include: career pathways, job shadowing and effective mentoring.
A track record in successful implementation of effective career pathways programmes is highly desirable for this role as you will be required to design all the programmes end to end. As an individual you must be able to demonstrate a clear passion and understanding of the value that effective learning and development brings to employees and organisations.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you're looking for a part time role as you will have the option to work 3 or 4 days with the flexibility of working remotely if needed. This is 12 months contract paying £350-£400 per day.
To be considered you must be immediately available or on a one week notice period as you will be required to start week commencing 27th January 2020.
