Job Description

We have a fantastic new role for an experienced global L&D director for a fast paced and highly innovative global media business based in West London.

This is a brand new role in the business and the first senior L&D opportunity, making it a brilliant chance to really make your mark and put your own stamp on a role. You will be part of a dynamic and unstructured environment, so we are looking for experienced candidates with a background in similarly fast paced Media environment

This is a strategic role that will be on a global scale and work very collaboratively with the rest of the business, finding out their needs and areas where they need improvement. You will then design and deliver all solutions across all seniority's across the organisation. This is a really exciting time for the HR team as a whole as they are going through a massive time of change and elevating HR within the business.

You will be a key relationship builder to senior stakeholders, so being able to influence at this level is essential. Proven experience of having worked internationally is also required.
