Working with a leading creative business, we are looking for a collaborative and delivery focused Learning & Development Manager to support with all Learning & Development activities from training, mentoring, coaching, onboarding and team events on a part-time basis.
You will contribute to the development of the Learning & Development strategy to ensure the company's offering is market leading and reflects their values, taking responsibility for the design, development, coordination and delivery to the whole business.
Much of this role will work in partnership with a small HR team to assess the company's specific business requirements and offer bespoke L&D solutions to support the long term strategic goals.
Evidence of creative design and delivery is necessary for this dynamic and innovative organisation, they are looking for a confident L&D Manager with a collaborative working style, someone who can collate all L&D initiatives in place and bring more of a structured offering to the company.
There are so many parts to the business so they need someone who can think to their initiative, taking into account each area of the business.
This will be a part-time role working 3 days a week between Monday and Thursday.
