You'll help develop a strategy and propose the best solutions for delivery against these needs, driving the leadership and management development program forward and designing a program of effective and engaging training activities to cover everything from core business skills, soft skills and everything in between.
Its not a 'one size fits all' environment, you will be someone who is comfortable consulting as a real business partner, and providing tailored, bespoke solutions.
Ideal candidates ...
- L&D/HR professional with experience designing and implementing learning solutions.
- Strong facilitation skills.
- Graduate level and ideally CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
- Experienced user of a range of psychometric and other tools
