Handle are excited to be partnering with a successful an evolving digital business looking for a senior HR Business Partner to join them at a pinnacle point on their journey as they continue to push boundaries, and drive forward an agile culture to reflect their cutting edge product.

Working in a newly created position, this will be a key role in developing a people strategy which reflects and supports the business aspirations. You'll join a fantastic existing team, but your task will be to bring a new edge, building on their work but able to inspire and bring a fresh perspective!

About you...

You'll be a People Partner who's at the top of your game; a truly commercial operator who is looking to have a seat at the table of the business leaders. You'll be skilled in acting as a trusted partner who challenges the status quo, and adept at driving forward new strategy and business change. You'll make decisions based on commercial and customer outcomes and operate in a highly collaborative way.

The speed of change and innovation is hugely exciting and rewarding to be a part of in this business You'll be constantly learning and developing and you'll get to work with some phenomenal people. It can, however, also be very demanding environment and the pace pretty relentless. So, you'll definitely need to be up for a challenge!

Ideal candidates would be operating at HR Business Partner level and have experience within large, matrix business structures ideally with a digital edge. Perhaps a mix of large business experience coupled with start up or fast growth environment? You'll be passionate about people and talent and always looking at new ways of working, innovative strategy nu always in line with business needs. Technically a strong generalist, you'll have a solid foundation in ER, change management and OD and be looking for a broad senior business partnering remit.
