Supporting the education and HR team globally, you will be the driving force for all learning and development initiatives as well as supporting talent development and succession planning.
You will partner with the entire business and will do everything from strategy through to design and delivery.
Originally this role used to be very regional and the L&D Facilitator would be field based giving training in stores. However, they are now working towards this role being head office based and the focus being on upskilling regional store managers in order to deliver in-store training themselves.
You will focus more on the strategy and head office training as well as devising creative content and development initiatives that are fun, enjoyable and memorable during a busy time for the company in the lead up to the Christmas period.
- Design and deliver bespoke and engaging L&D initiatives
- contributes to global goals and understand the company's global strategy, as well as international trends
- Develop training sessions from brief to digital execution
- Have the ability to deliver engaging training content ensuring to think outside the box and try new things
- Analyse training needs in line with business performance and individual developmental needs
