Handle are working in collaboration with an international TV Broadcasting company to recruit an interim Learning, and Development Coordinator who can bring their expertise to support their forward thinking talent development team.
As L&D Coordinator, you will report into the L&D Director, and support with a range of duties including: administrative support such as booking training and coordinating travel arrangements. You will also be expected to support with employee on boarding, and you will track their progress as they settle in to their new roles. This will include liaising with managers to ensure that employees and managers are receiving the full support for maximised learning. During the course of your contract you will support with employee engagement projects related to talent development so you will be expected to create stimulating materials for presentations and learning exercises in addition to other ad hoc projects.
To be considered for this role you must be an enthusiastic team player who is passionate about developing within learning and development. You will be bachelor degree qualified with experience of managing high volume administration and you will also have experience in learning and development and/ or human resources.
This is an interim role where you will be required to start week commencing 10th February 2020 so you must be immediately available or on a one week notice period. This is a contract for 6 months paying £134 - £153 per day.
