Joining a creative and established HR and Recruitment Team, you will support their Head of HR to assess, design and deliver bespoke training and development tools to the UK population.
This interim opportunity will develop the 2017 strategy and work collaboratively to offer unique solutions to different business areas, so we're looking for practical and inventive thinkers, and someone looking to offer something a little different.
Passionate about their employees, our client, has invested in their Learning and Development offering to work in partnership with senior stakeholders as well as the HR Business Partners to enable effective succession planning, development and retention across the entire business.
This is a quick growth organisation so there will be a range of soft and technical training needs and a lot of your role will look to develop relationships with external providers as well as utilising the people and skills they have in-house.
Evidence of creative design and delivery is necessary for this dynamic and innovative organisation, and we are looking for Learning and Organisational Development specialists who can adapt to an informal coaching style as well.
This is a great opportunity for someone immediately available or coming to the end of an existing contract to take full ownership for L&D in a great organisation until the end of the year.
