Calling all L&D/Talent Specialists - we are working with an iconic fashion brand looking for a Training and Development Manager to cover a 12 month maternity contract.
This prestigious brand who continue to make fashion history are looking for a forward thinking Learning and Talent specialist who is passionate about developing people and organisations.
Taking full control of the talent development projects, it will be your role to create and implement innovative development programmes to c.600 employees in Head Office, ensuring the brand continue to work with the best in the industry.
Using your expertise in Talent and Development and a combined passion for creative, fashion and digital brands, you will design and deliver impactful development programmes to instil a continuous learning culture and champion internal success.
A background in fashion or retail would be advantageous, as would understanding of a digital or e-commerce business however it is more important that you come from, and want to continue working in a fast paced creative environment.
