We are currently working with a fast changing, dynamic tech business in a period of transformation who have a newly created position within their L&D team. They are looking to introduce a Learning Partner who will play a vital role as part of the exciting business changes.
Highly visible across the business, you will be tasked with building excellent relationships, really getting under the skin of the business doing a full learning needs analysis and bringing innovative and engaging solutions to the table.
This is a really exciting opportunity for someone who loves the full breadth of an L&D role - you'll be involved in designing content, facilitating workshops, instructional design, onboarding, soft skills and management development.

Ideal candidates will be already working as an L&D partner and able to hit the ground running. You'll be able to demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm for L&D, and ideally have worked in a similarly commercial and innovative environment.
You'll have the academic background to bolster your experience, ideally a degree or additional study in a relevant subject.
