An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal & Business Affairs Executive to join a leading player at the heart of the music industry.
Reporting directly to the CFO, the successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating a wide range of music related contracts, providing legal advice to commercial teams, assisting in amending employee contracts, managing some dispute resolution matters, and assisting on other issues that contribute to the running of the Business Affairs and Legal side of the company - to name just a few.

The ideal candidate will be LPC qualified, and NQ solicitors will also be considered, with priority given to those candidates with demonstrable music law experience. Finally, you must have excellent commercial drafting experience and a keen commercial mind.
