Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this newly created role is a fantastic opportunity for a commercial/IP lawyer to join an award winning advertising agency. The successful candidate will gain experience working on the development of extremely high profile advertising campaigns.
Key responsibilities will include drafting and negotiation of a wide range of client and supplier agreements (including, but not limited to, production contracts, software licenses, talent contracts, and music licences); addressing IP related and other issues arising in respect of advertising clearance across all media; managing NDAs; and instructing and managing external counsel, amongst many others.
Much more information will made available upon request by suitable candidates.
To be considered, you should have c.0-2 PQE*, preferably having trained in a media law firm or have some in-house experience in a similar environment. Commercial drafting experience is required, with a strong preference shown to candidates with at the very least an academic understanding of IP. The agency is fast-paced, creative environment, so the ideal candidate will have the capacity to think on their feet and confidence to advise internal clients from across the business.
*NB: PQE levels are offered as a guide only. Our clients will accept applications from all candidates who can demonstrate the skills necessary for the role.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high volume of applications we receive we are unable to respond to everyone. If you have not heard from us within 5 working days of sending your CV then unfortunately you have not been shortlisted for the position you have applied for.
