A company working at the heart of the advertising industry is currently searching for an Advertising Lawyer to work in a highly collaborative environment.
Areas of responsibility include dealing with clearance and contract issues across a range of platforms, including print, broadcast, social and outdoor; general commercial work; and managing the company's TM portfolio.
This is an extremely visible role with the need to build relationships across all business functions. You will be working on a broad range of topics, from IT, to NDAs, to Ts&Cs etc. - advising on various legal issues, including data protection and IP.

You should have c.2yrs+ PQE*, with solid IP and advertising experience (inc. soft IP, copyright, TMs and passing-off) gained either within a law firm or in-house. Confidence with commercial contracts - reviewing, advising and drafting from scratch - is a key criteria. Data Protection law knowledge would also be very useful.
