A London based integrated advertising and communications agency with international offices is looking for a qualified lawyer to join their expanding team.

The company has a reputation as one of the most innovative agencies in the industry, and the legal team plays a highly visible role in facilitating the work of the creative teams. The successful candidate will enjoy a good level of autonomy with a variety of work in a highly stimulating environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts such as production agreements, talent agreements, framework services agreements for media planning and buying, branding services and supplier contracts;

  • Researching and advising on IP issues (both contentious and non-contentious);

  • Reviewing, amending and negotiating NDAs; and

  • Researching advertising regulation and reviewing and advising on copy and scripts

Much more information will made available upon request by suitable candidates.

To be considered, you should be a commercial lawyer, with 0-1yrs PQE* in either private practice or an in-house team. A solid understanding of commercial contracts is vital, whilst advertising/media and/or an IP background would be useful but not essential.

*NB: PQE levels are offered as a guide only. Our clients will accept applications from all candidates who can demonstrate the skills necessary for the role.

Handle actively welcomes applicants from under-represented backgrounds

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high volume of applications we receive we are unable to respond to everyone. If you have not heard from us within 5 working days of sending your CV then unfortunately you have not been shortlisted for the position you have applied for.
