A hugely successful global sports and entertainment agency is currently searching for a commercial lawyer. The role will suit someone looking for a highly visible, extremely varied role in a legal team operating at the heart of the business.
Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: drafting, negotiating and managing a variety of commercial agreements including those relating to rights sales, event production, sponsorship activation, and talent management (amongst many others); responding to ad-hoc legal queries across the business; engaging external lawyers when required; and assisting in ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, including GDPR - to name just a few.

The successful candidate will have c.0-2yrs PQE* at a well-established law firm or in-house, with commercial drafting experience (with some focus on sports/media/entertainment desirable, but not essential); and knowledge beyond commercial law (such as Data Protection, Corporate and/or Employment) would also be useful. You should be commercially aware with an ability to apply the law to real-world business problems; and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
