Handle are working with a Global Law Practice with a unique mission who are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join the team on an initial 3 month FTC with the potential to be extended or go permanent.
They are currently going through an exciting period of growth across a variety of global offices. Therefore, they are looking for a candidate with a legal recruitment or start-up background, who can directly source and work across multiple roles in an agile and professional manner, whilst supporting hiring managers and prospective candidates along every step of their recruitment journey.
This role will own the recruitment lifecycle from role initiation and job description design, through to sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding and induction. You will be recruiting for legal based roles at all levels across the London, Ireland and Scotland markets.
This is an exciting time to join as they are opening up new offices and you will have a key part in developing the teams though a huge period of growth.
The ideal candidate will either have an agency or in house recruitment background within legal or a tech focused start up but have recruited for legal based roles.
You will be a solid 360 recruiter who is confident with delivery, admin and stakeholder management.
You will be reporting into the People Director and work closely with the Talent Partner. They are a super collaborative team!
