Amazing opportunity for an immediately available Logistics Coordinator to support a busy team within an iconic global studio. The ideal candidate will have experience within coordination and is incredibly, organised, data-driven and can work in a very fast-paced environment. Day to you will be involved with the following….

Responsibilities include:

  • Take care of crew bookings for news coverage and across all Platforms liaising with newsdesk and show producers for day of air and future planning
  • Keep up to date calendar and contacts for camera crews
  • Assist with crew accreditation for news events
  • Update records in Mediapulse system
  • Book travel and excess baggage for crews and technical staff
  • Look after crew shoot transportation needs
  • Look after courier and other deliveries
  • Help with technical inventory for crews and engineering using ETS system
  • Look after memory cards and hard drives
  • Look after mifi , iPhone and iPhone accessory requests
  • Help with procurement of technical equipment and accessories
  • Assist with technical packups for remote locations
  • Camera equipment - liaise with crew and engineering for equipment maintenance, replacements and new equipment needed. Ensure crew kits are complete
  • Carnets - keep up to date and arrange new ones
  • Look after Safety /Security Equipment - including hazardous environment gear, survival kits . Maintain stock and order when required
  • Organise and update PPE supplies for Covid
  • Assist with location planning including checking Covid regulations
  • Assist with drone shoot requests liaising with vendors and Risk Management
