Job Description

Handle Recruitment is working with a new digital music platform to find a Marketing Assistant to join their growing team in West London. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, key responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the creation of a monthly content calendar and implementing according to social media strategy, across our social media channels and other communication channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Blog, Monthly Newsletter)
  • Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of campaign activity
  • Marketing partnership coordination with partner brands
  • Developing relationships with key electronic music media titles to identify PR opportunities
  • Attending events and club nights to assist with on-­‐site activity and set recording
  • Creating simple visuals using photoshop or similar)
  • Regular liaison with key internal team and external partners, ensuring that all campaigns conform to our overall strategy and digital marketing best practice in advertising, social, CRM and creative

The ideal candidate will have:

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and demanding timeframe
  • Excellent written skills, a flair for creative writing is a bonus
  • A passion for dance music and club culture
  • An obsession for data and insight
  • Experience of using social media (preferably for a brand or agency)
  • The ability to work with a broad range and level of people
  • A constantly creative and curious nature- hungry to learn of new developments in the digital world
  • Great relationship building skills - getting to know the artists and management in a friendly but professional way whilst maintaining credibility
