Job Description

6 month contract - start ASAP

Salary - Open to discussions based on skills

Tasks

Map current processes ATC and DM across the UK business, develop improved approach and document new processes with RACIs, and a rollout plan to communicate it for:


- Traffic / demand management of 300 people in marketing (+ BX team who manage their own demand but input into the central process)
- Air Traffic Control (including results of activity)

Review options available for development of a dashboard (e.g. in Salesforce software) that manages our demand/ATC data and reporting.

In the interim short term (next few weeks) set up the new central tracker for demand management.

Develop and deliver a testing programme to develop Contact Rules for their communications (email, DM etc).

Key skills/ Exp

Senior VP level, but not afraid to get hands dirty as needed /flexible

Positive, proactive, Self-starter, able to shape and drive, good stakeholder management skills and able to manage conflict, pressure, difficult conversations

Able to D2D manage an AVP & B4 level

Analytical, high attention to detail

Confident presenter

Very comfortable and proficient with data and reporting/insight/analysis - development of PP charts, excel docs etc.

Experience/knowledge preferred

  2. Demand/traffic management
  3. Salesforce / Workflow tools or knowledge of Demand and ATC management software and platforms
