Midweight Designer

We are now looking for a talented, enthusiastic midweight Designer to
join the studio at one of the worlds most iconic and leading advertising agencies, based in Central London.

* You're a solid midweight Designer with experience already working in this role

What you'll do
* Responsible for developing creative concepts into world class advertising
campaigns across multiple touch points
* Creating and amending outstanding designs for, but not limited to: press ads, ooh,
web, apps, banners, email shots, social, tv, global toolkits, and visual & brand
* Splitting your time on production-led briefs to working up creative concepts / key
* Working with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure solutions meet or exceed with our
clients' strategic objectives
* Working on multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meeting your
deadlines and supporting your team members to meet theirs
* Following the correct design processes and creating high quality deliverables for
* Mentoring and providing art direction and guidance to less senior members of the
team, and delegating work when required
* Helping Producers scope projects and giving time estimates needed to complete
your work

Who you'll do it with
Your role will be within our fast-paced Design team which is
made up of a vibrant multi-disciplinary team of Juniors, Mids and Seniors under the
leadership of the Head of Design and Head of Digital Output. You will work closely, helping support them with project demands as well as our
Associate Design Director.

What it takes
* Being motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a good communicator
* Ability to articulate and champion your ideas both internally and in front of clients
* Having a keen eye for detail - your work is produced to pixel perfection working
within grid frameworks, with consistency throughout
* An ability to prioritise and organise work within an existing design process
* Collaboration and creative judgement
* An ability to juggle and complete multiple projects while meeting strict and
aggressive deadlines
* Being pioneering, curious and not afraid to take risks to keep on top of industry

What you'll need
* At least four years' agency experience
* Previous experience working agency-side (preferentially an advertising agency)
* A portfolio showing a range of beautifully crafted campaign and branding projects
where you have led the work and been involved in concepting
* Advanced skills in typography and layout
* Solid working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe
* Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a bonus
* Thorough knowledge of print and digital design processes and limitations
