Job Description

A unique and hugely rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated, passionate and tenacious New Business Manager, to join the fastest growing global Marketing agency. This position is purely focused on winning new business and will require someone who loves chasing leads and converting them into long lasting relationships. The successful candidate will have at least 4+ years' previous sales experience, gained from selling marketing solutions or software in a competitive and demanding environment. The role will be based remotely until July 2021 but will suit someone, who is comfortable returning to work on a flexible basis. Their offices are based in Central London.

Key responsibilities and experience required, as follows: -

  • Delivering the entire sales cycle from prospect identification to contract implementation
  • Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Director to develop and generate leads from existing networks
  • Creating and designing bespoke agency solutions for clients
  • Selling onsite content, creative and digital agencies that include a range of services including; online and offline end to end creative and design, PR + social media, digital, copywriting, videography and data & analytics
  • Developing structured sales strategies, sales plans and profit targets as well as short term tactics
  • Developing long-term, profitable relationships with clients
  • Maximising new business development opportunities
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base
  • Compiling and analysing sales figures
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events

Ideal candidate profile will include the following: -

  • Excellent document creation / sales deck capabilities
  • Face to face and telephone sales experience including negotiation and pitching
  • Ability to adopt different sales styles to match customers' requirements
  • Consistent high achiever and commercially astute individual
