The role

As the Office Administrator you will provide administration support to the management team as well as responsibility for general office administration tasks. You will have great organisational skills who is detail orientated person and thrives in a fast-paced environment. It's important that you're someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting involved in whatever comes up that day. Whether it be greeting guests at the door, answering telephone enquiries or unpacking the weekly shopping.

You'll know how to prioritise your own workload and be excellent at managing people's expectations, but most importantly, you'll be someone who brings a positive, can-do attitude to the business.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate diaries for the management team
  • Submitting expense claims
  • Responsibility for booking employee travel
  • Support in the organisation of conferences and events
  • Provide support for specific projects as needed across the business
  • Maintaining the office environment
  • Administration
