An exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, friendly team working in commercial radio.

Our client is keen to appoint a part time, (3 days per week), Office Assistant who will provide support to the whole team with elements of administration, PA support, office management, and events coordination.
Suitable candidates need to be very friendly, confident and have excellent attention to detail.

This is a hybrid role, dealing with a big cast of people, both internally and externally. Helping to run frequent industry training sessions is an important part of the role- therefore fantastic communication skills are a must!

We are looking for candidates with plenty of initiative and the proven ability to manage and prioritise a number of tasks and projects simultaneously.


The Office Assistant is a part-time role (3 days per week) on a fixed-term contract (April to December) with possibility of transferring to permanent thereafter. The role is office based, (remote working is not available), with a full day on Monday required. The time may be split, for example, as 1 full day and four half days, 2 full days and 2 half days or simply 3 full days.


Specific responsibilities will include:


Office management
Maintaining a pleasant working environment, assisting with visitors, deliveries, post, ordering office stationery, weekly shopping delivery, etc. Organising ad hoc social events.


General administration
Assist with relevant administration, maintaining holiday and sickness records. Support the upcoming office move project.


PA duties
Assist the Leadership Team in diary organisation and help managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Organising industry training days, plus ad hoc projects.
