An amazing opportunity for an experience Office and Facilities Coordinator to join a rapidly growing tech company on a part-time basis.
Ideally needing a candidate to commit to 5 hours a day (flexibility on hours) Mon - Fri.
Duties will include:
- Day to day office maintenance, security, cleaning
- Take care of plants
- Managing utilities if required
- Managing cleaning company
- Order refreshments and supplies for the office and place away
- Send required vouchers
- Meditation classes, Sanctus - reschedule or cancel if required
- Post - managing delivered packages
- Ongoing ad hoc issues
- Office tour for new joiners
- Community events
This is an ongoing temp position, due to start ASAP. The duration of the booking will be for a minimum for 4-8 weeks with the possibility of extension.
