Job Description

An award winning, global organisation based south of the river, are looking for a hands on and highly motivated Office Manager. You will escape the hustle and bustle of the inner city by joining this small company with a big heart, in leafy suburbia.

Duties include:

Sorting incoming and outgoing post, ensuring stationary and other supplies are in order, welcoming guests, directing calls to the relevant person

Managing/coordinating team expenses as well as incoming invoices.

Booking travel; flights, hotels and trains, also assisting with Visa applications.

On-board new starters with full induction and orientation

Booking couriers and taxis

Organisation of Company events
