Job Description

Handle is working with an independent music management company, based in Hackney. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the music industry providing administrative support and working within an exciting and demanding environment.

The Office Manager will be reporting directly to the Artist Manager, and the key responsibilities will consist of:

Opening and closing of office, general up-keep of the office by liaising with cleaners weekly, as well as office receptionist

  • Sending/receiving all deliveries and courier arrangements
  • Phone call management - coordination of general and conference calls
  • Effective diary management and co-ordination
  • General office administration: office facilities, office supplies, invoices and expenses
  • Travel arrangements - effective management of itineraries
  • Day-to-day errands for the owner
  • Filing of any contracts, agreements and press
  • Liaising with the Artist Managers daily, assisting with logistics and research

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Ability to prioritise think on your feet and cope with often hectic and changing schedules
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion
  • The ability to bring a friendly and positive energy to the office along with a positive and thorough work ethic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, iCalendar and Dropbox
