New opportunity for an experienced Office/Operations Manager with a keen eye for detail to support with the rapid expansion of this global ecommerce support business. The company will be looking to double it's workforce in the next 12 months and needs a highly organised and self-motivated candidate who can support across HR, Operations and Talent. Previous experience of working within a start-up or business undergoing significant expansion will be highly advantageous. Duties will include:
- Internal event/social activities planning
- Travel coordination
- General support as required across HR/Operations and Talent Acquisition
- Implementing new process - currently very manual so need someone tech savvy to come up with ideas
- Extensive liaison with internal stakeholders/relationship management.
