Operations Analyst, ticketing / Promotions - gaming / entertainment
We currently have an Operations Assistant role available for a global Entertainment / gaming company (Soho). This is a great opportunity to develop your career within a global and innovative company responsible for the operational maintenance of content (including Digital) across various stores
Purpose of the Role
- Internal Voucher ticketing system and email.
- Operational contact for internal customers
- Creation of voucher batches in internal CMS.
- Upload of assets and metadata to content management systems as required.
- QA and validation of voucher redemption and associated metadata.
- Deployment of voucher batches in a timely fashion to both internal and external customers.
- Internal CMS
- ticketing system experience
- Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA
- Aspera or other file transfer software
