Handle Recruitment is working with an award winning restaurant group to find an Operations Manager for their head office. The Operations Manager will have a broad experience in office management and operations within a hospitality or restaurant environment and will take full responsibility for the smooth running of the central London office.
The Operations Manager will be bright, motivated and energetic, being able to work calmly in a fast paced environment and will be carrying out a fantastically varied role which incorporates HR, restaurant maintenance, supplier coordination and accounts.
Key duties include:
- Office Management - manage all central office logistics including facilities and equipment maintenance, supplier negotiation, troubleshoot IT, and ensure compliance on H&S matters
- HR - act as the first point of contact for all staff regarding HR matters, help with the ongoing recruitment of staff, ensure all records are maintained and process starters/leavers, holiday, contracts etc.
- Accounts - liaise with the Accounts Manager to ensure smooth running of weekly and monthly accounting and payroll procedures
