Handle Recruitment is working with an exciting start-up Investment Company - focusing exclusively on the Entertainment sector - to help find a star PA to support the company's 2 Co-Founders who have both run incredibly successful, international Media and Entertainment businesses in the past.
This is prime time to be joining this up and coming, rapidly growing company as they have huge plans for expansion; and there is a real chance to progress within the business.
Based out of their small but chic offices in Mayfair, this is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to further their career as an Assistant now, but whom has bigger career aspirations for the future.
You will also be responsible for the coordination of both Director's professional and personal lives. They travel a lot between London, NY and LA, so diary management and scheduling international travel will play a huge part of your role. It will also involve lots of project management.
- Maintaining all diary and logistical arrangements
- Booking all travel and arranging visas
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Providing general Office Management support
- Managing expenses and invoicing on behalf of management
To be successful in this position you will have previous PA experience within the entertainment industry; or experience assisting high profile individuals.
You will need to be an excellent relationship developer, have outstanding communication skills and be willing to go the extra mile.
