Iconic luxury Fashion Brand is looking to bring on board its newest team member in the form of a pro-active, driven and exceptionally organised PA. Supporting multiple Directors, this position will be incredibly fast paced and will suit somebody who thrives when working to tight deadlines and required to manage a busy workload. Based in their stunning West London head office, this is an initial 3 month contract and so applicants must be available to start immediately.
- Complex diary management
- Manage UK and International travel requests
- Producing itineraries
- Booking meetings and events
- Managing expenses/processing invoice
- Supporting wider team with accommodation booking, train tickets, travel requests etc.
- Providing support with personal errands

This position will require excellent Microsoft Office skills (particularly in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and outstanding attention to detail.
