Handle Recruitment are looking for a PA/Administrator at a Top Media Company in West London to support an Ad Sales Team and their Directors.
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter and have the ability to build quality relationships at all levels and bring a positive and outgoing attitude to the role. Organisation is essential as well the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Diary Management
- Booking internal and external meetings
- Booking venues and sorting refreshments and equipment
- Dealing with paperwork for starters/leavers
- Travel arrangements for the Directors
- Creating spreadsheets and sending out weekly reports
- General admin duties
- Copywriting for marketing materials
- Working closely with the production teams.
- Previous Experience in a PA role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to deal with ad hoc tasks and flexible working hours.
