Job Description

Based in the heart of London this will be a busy and varied role to support head of department and the wider team. You will be highly organised, motivated and able to juggle multiple tasks at once. Day to day duties will include:

  • Diary management
  • Organisation of meetings and conferences
  • Organising travel arrangements and co-ordinating itineraries
  • Preparing expenses, powerpoint presentations, reports and documents
  • General administrative tasks - call management, ordering stationery
  • Event Coordination - providing logistical support for UK office events
  • Press clips - retrieval/scanning of press articles & creating press folders
  • Assembling European publicity reports for key shows for distribution to other SPT offices
  • Creating written publicity presentations/leaflets/eblasts - liaising with publicity team
  • General correspondence & queries
  • Maintain database of European Publicity contacts & International journalists
  • Assemble press reports as required
  • Maintain broadcast schedules
  • Assisting team in creation of publicity newsletter
  • SAP - invoicing system - setting up P.O.'s & new vendors & administration
  • Budget estimates for Publicity Events
  • Festivals & Awards - tracking dates & submitting shows
  • Press Merchandise - keeping updated inventory & tracking distribution with PR team

The successful candidate will have strong IT and communication skills and be comfortable working within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. This role will be on a rolling contract basis to start immediately.
