Job Description

Amazing opportunity for a highly organised PA with a passion for music to support at MD Level for a  leading classical music agency. You will provide high-level support to the MD and wider team, If you are highly organised and have a flexible approach and are looking to work in a welcoming environment then look no further.


Duties will include:

  • Professional email communications and greeting high profile guests enthusiastically
  • Prepare agendas and follow up on actions, attend meetings and take minutes as and when required
  • Deal with diary changes and matters arising during the working day - including over-running meetings or other challenges - in a proactive manner, including rearranging travel or contacting other attendees
  • Prepare presentations and documents
  • Extensive diary management including coordinating internal, external meetings and calls ensuring all parties are available for arranged meetings and key stakeholders are advised of any changes to their schedule in advance
  • Manage and update contact databases (any other systems required)
  • Preparation and processing of expense reports ensuring timely repayment of corporate credit cards

This will be a busy PA role and requires previous PA experience ideally within a media or sporting organisation. In addition to this you must be highly organised, with strong communication skills and an ability to manage complex busy diaries.
