An exciting opportunity to join a leading Sports and Entertainment agency! Handle Recruitment is looking for a star PA to provide day-to-day executive level administrative support to 3 VPs within the media sales team based in their West London head office.
- Maintaining all diary, travel and logistical arrangements
- Providing administrative support to both the Senior Executives and the team
- Preparing presentations on PowerPoint and graphics
- Assisting the sales team with sales updates and inputting all deals onto the database
- Helping in preparation for sales conferences, client meetings and other events
- Providing general Office Management support
- Acting as first point of contact for any general queries
The ideal candidate will have previous PA experience supporting senior level individuals and must have extensive international travel arranging experience. You will also be used to dealing with complex administrative responsibilities and managing a high volume of expenses.
You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly organised, have the ability to multi-task and be able to prioritise a high volume work load.
