Challenging and exciting PA role to start asap within TV/Media. You will be responsible for providing efficient secretarial and clerical support the the Director and Senior Management.
You will be required to:
- manage multiple and ever changing diaries for Senior Management including booking venues and hospitality
- arrange meetings/conference calls
- organise international travel arrangements
- process financial admin such as raising PO's using SAP
- deal with all telephone queries professionally
- taking minutes at meetings as required
You will have previous experience of supporting at Director level within a fast paced and pressurised Media environment. It is essential that you are a highly proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite and SAP. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to multitask and prioritise a heavy workload.
You must also be immediately available for work.
