First point of contact for meeting and greeting clients
Preparing meeting agendas and assisting with research where necessary creating engaging and high quality presentations
Being first point of contact for department calls, dealing with incoming queries.
Providing administration support, general filing, processing company expenses and ordering tickets for events
Full management of emails ensuring urgent matter are highlighted effectively
Organising overseas travel and trip arrangement
Providing hospitality and refreshments to visitors
General office assistance with ordering of stationery and office supplies
Excellent communications skills
Highly organised, with excellent co-ordination skills
Friendly, outgoing, professional with a 'can do' attitude
Exceptional diary management skills
Accurate, adaptable and Flexible
Passionate about music
Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point
