We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced bookkeeper for a new part time contract role within a fantastic creative business based in central London. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking for a new challenge within a social and friendly office with the opportunity for flexible working hours.
Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- All Accounts Payable duties
- Accounts Receivable including Credit Control
- Managing petty cash
- Bank reconciliations
- Journal entries
- Dealing with revenue
- VAT returns
- Accruals and prepayments
- Monthly management accounts
- Ad hoc office management duties
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within a similar role, ideally within a small company in the media/ entertainment sectors. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate enthusiasm, flexibility and the ability to work autonomously. This role would suit someone with a positive attitude and good sense of humour who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty!
