Handle are working with a multi-award winning Entertainment organisation who are looking for an organised HR Admin Manager to support the Global Director of HR and Ops with managing HR Administration for multiple HR functions on a part-time basis (3 days a week).
You will manage HR Administration for the following HR functions:
- Training and Development
- Employee Benefits programmes
- Staff administration
- Review process
- Diversity & Inclusion
- Work Experience and Internship programmes
You will need to have 2-3 years' experience as a HR generalist/Advisor, be knowledgeable about HR processes, employee resources and employment law. This is an admin heavy role with a lot of autonomy, they like a growth mind-set and always looking to introduce new policies and procedures.
You will need to have worked on D&I initiatives as well as wellbeing initiatives. You will need to be a great communicator, managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the business.
