This position will suit an ambitious HR Assistant with strong administrative skills and a thorough understanding for HR processes and principles. Reporting to the HR Manager the HR Assistant will be tasked with providing essential support across all areas of HR, projects and ad hoc administrative duties.
The role will offer the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to work as a part of a small but friendly team offering support to 90+ employees. The ideal candidate will have gained exposure to HRIS and ideally be working towards a degree or professional qualification in HR.
If you enjoy providing exceptional service, enjoy sharing knowledge and working with Senior practitioners this is a fantastic opportunity for you to gain broad/generalist experience.
- Experienced in HR Administration
- Proactive with a can do attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced/Creative environment
- Able to work 3 days a week ( Flexible)
