Handle are working with a world class independent media agency who are on the lookout for a part time HR Manager to support them 3 days a week and lead the HR Function.
This is a really exciting opportunity for an established HR generalist to take full responsibility of all operational HR activities, and covers everything from recruitment, training, administration, employee engagement and culture.
This role will support their UK office, circa 50 people, and is best suited to someone who enjoys working independently, and who would really enjoy making the role their own.
If you've previously worked in a standalone role, within a creative client facing business, you'll appreciate the need to be both strategically and commercially minded whilst also being happy to manage the day to day and more operational aspects of the role.
Driving culture across the business is a pivotal part of the role, and being passionate about championing a strong, grass-roots culture through thoughtful initiatives, ensuring communication across the business is on brand, working on team/cultural celebrations, and leading on team well being initiatives.
This is the ideal role for someone who enjoys a small independent business where you can work closely with the CEO and get to know everyone on a personal level.
