We have partnered with a passionate and collaborative creative business who are looking for a Part-Time Payroll Coordinator to join the team on a permanent basis. The working days will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday with some flexibility for the 4th day between Tuesdays and Thursdays.
As the Payroll Coordinator, you will play an integral role in overseeing the Payroll and Administration for the Northern Europe network and supporting the HR Team with the day to day smooth operation of the HR function.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant who can partner with the HR team and support the business specialising in Payroll administration. You will be part of a small team whereby you can gain exposure and learnings of the full HR remit. The day to day is varied and dynamic, so you will need to be agile and fast paced and able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines across the 4 day working week.
This role will be admin heavy so attention to detail is key! They do not have an ATS so you will need to be confident in working manually by managing an inbox and spreadsheets. This role requires strong excel skills for payroll - You will need to understand and demonstrate your knowledge of basic payroll concepts as well as V look ups, pivot tables/charts, calculating percentages and be able to correct formulas.
