Here at Handle we are excited to have partnered with a global luxury retail business, who are looking for their next Pay and Reward Advisor!
The role has come about due to an employee leaving, and the business are looking for a proactive and data driven Pay & Reward Advisor. The role covers 1600 employees across the UK & Ireland. They are ideally looking for someone with a blend of both end to end payroll and benefits/reward, who can deliver a high level of service to their client groups.
There are a team of 4 within the Pay and Reward department, including a coordinator who supports from an admin perspective. There a fun, light hearted team who work closely with the HR and talent functions.
- Dealing with complex payroll queries and admin for 21 payrolls.
- Meeting and exceeding SLA's
- HR account, posting of journals and full reconciliation
- Assisting with salary reviews and bonus payments
- Assisting with the design and communication of flexible and total reward process
The ideal candidate needs to have strong PAYE legislative knowledge, and advanced IT skills including excel v look ups and pivot tables. They will also need to have a full working knowledge of UK benefits and tax compliance.
The ideal candidate will have around 3-4 years' experience, and be an established payroll and reward professional with strong PAYE legislative knowledge.
