Job Description

Looking for a Payroll administrator to join the team over a busy period, on a 3 month FTC:

Key Responsibilities:


* To assist and support the Retail payroll team with payroll processing during our busiest time of the year
* Process all starter, leaver, contract change and tax forms
* To manually calculate adjustments for cast members including overtime and adjustments to pay
* To input data calculations on to payroll system
* To check data against payslip outputs
* Coordinate the inbox queries and manage the data logs
* Assist senior members of the team with admin and payroll tasks
* To assist with payroll queries from our Stores

Attributes :


* Previous payroll experience, preferably on retail payroll
* Ability to prioritise workload
* Attention to detail
* Organised and reliable
* Enthusiastic and energetic
* To be able to hit the ground running / fast learner
* Communicate clearly and have good customer service skills
* Team player
