Handle have partnered with a world-renowned global creative business based in Central London who are looking for a fantastic Global Payroll & Benefits Manager to join the wider HR team.
You will be support with establishing the company's payroll and benefits operations for c. 700 employees, across the UK, Hong Kong and the US.
You will need to be an expert in managing the end to end processes for payroll, administering benefits and have experience in working closely with outsourced providers and implementing a new payroll vendor.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about taking ownership of the payroll process and keen to shape payroll policies around the company and scale the function as the company grows.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, people skills, vendor management and the desire to drive improvements and continuously simplify and scale processes.
You must have 5+ years' experience as a Payroll Manager and strong knowledge or experience in pay regulations across the UK, Hong Kong and US.
