Here at Handle we have partnered with a global entertainment business, who are looking to find an experienced and forward thinking Payroll and HR Analyst.
The role is brand new for the business, and requires someone with at least 2 years payroll experience, and a passion for data. The business out source payroll, and so the successful candidate will manage this process from end to end.
In addition to this, the role will also require the generation and analysis of various HR reports from multiple functions using the HRIS system. The reports will vary, from employee satisfaction to retention, and will need to be communicated to the business with analysis and suggestions. The successful candidate will have strong excel skills, great communication practises, and a passion for HR.
