I am working on an exciting new opportunity to join a collaborative team as Payroll Assistant. Reporting to the HRIS/Payroll Manager, the role involves assisting the HRIS/Payroll Manager in all payroll, benefits and HR system related tasks. This role sits within the HR team, providing an effective and efficient delivery of payroll procedures and services to all staff.
To be a successful Payroll Assistant, you should have strong numeracy skills and be able to multitask effectively. Ultimately, an outstanding Payroll Assistant should be able to manage all aspects of payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
You will need to work collaboratively and autonomously, you will need to be confident in looking after all payroll admin and data input to pass onto their payroll bureau and be the 1st point of contact for queries.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years' experience as a Payroll Administrator/Assistant and be comfortable working manually. They do have a HRIS, however some elements within payroll are manual e.g. calculations.
