Are you a Payroll Manager with an autonomous working style and have international experience? Are you proactive in keeping up with market trends and creating initiatives to improve payroll processes?
Handle have partnered with a world-renowned global creative business based in Central London who are looking for a fantastic Payroll Manager to join the wider HR team.
You will be solely responsible for processing all payroll and benefits for c.800 employees worldwide. The role will involve running monthly and bi- weekly payrolls, managing payroll associated activities for key markets, as well as leading on all new initiatives.
They are looking for someone who has worked independently as this is a sole role, managing the end to end payroll process.
You will have an adaptable working style and enjoy owning the full payroll remit. You will use creative ideas and initiatives to improve company processes and will lead on all international payroll projects.
You will need to be operational as well as knowledgeable in your approach.
- Has managed a fully outsourced UK payroll
- Has international payroll experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field required
