Are you an ambitious HR Coordinator looking for your next opportunity to support a progressive and people focused business?

Handle are excited to be working with a creative tech company who are looking for a proactive HR Coordinator with excellent customer/client facing skills to join the team on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for creating a world class experience at key stages of the employee lifecycle through outstanding customer service, organisation, initiative and attention to detail.

Working across both people operations and payroll you will be the product owner of their People database - Cascade. This means you will help to make sure that employees are paid correctly and on time, have access to their benefits and also be the guru when it comes to data reporting, analysis and all-things Cascade.

To be successful, you'll display strong administrative skills, have a positive attitude and be driven.

The candidate:

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a HR/Payroll position
  • Strong partnership/customer service skills as this is a very client facing role and you will be the 1st point of call for all people and payroll queries
  • Experience with Cascade is ideal but not a necessity
  • Notetaking or assisting with ER cases is a bonus but not a necessity
